Disclaimer
This site is general information and attorney advertising. Here’s what that means for you.
Attorney Advertising
The lawyer responsible for this site is Jason Craig, The Law Office of Jason Craig, P.O. Box 9269, Asheville, NC 28815. You can text me at (828) 571-0054 or email jason@craigwnc.com.
General Information, Not Legal Advice
What’s on this site is general information about North Carolina traffic tickets. It isn’t legal advice about your situation, and it may not fit your facts.
Traffic laws and insurance rules change. I try to keep this site current, but please don’t decide anything about your case based on it alone.
No Attorney-Client Relationship Yet
Texting, calling, emailing or sending the online form doesn’t make me your lawyer. I’m your lawyer only after we both agree in writing and my fee is paid in full.
Until then, please send only your ticket and what I ask for, and hold off on anything else you’d want kept confidential.
Your court date is still yours to handle until I’ve agreed to take your case, so please don’t miss it waiting to hear from me. If it’s close, text me.
No Promised Results
Every case depends on its own facts, your driving record, the county and the DA’s office. Nothing on this site promises any result.
When I talk about outcomes like Improper Equipment, a lower speed or a PJC, I’m describing what the law allows, not what will happen in your case. To know what’s possible in yours, I’d need to see your ticket.
Licensed in North Carolina
I’m licensed in North Carolina, so I can’t give advice about another state’s laws. If your driver’s license is from another state, your home state’s rules decide what an NC ticket means there.
Fees and Court Costs
Court costs, fines and DMV fees are separate from my fee. They’re paid to the court or the DMV, not to me.
Links to Other Sites
I link to other sites when I think they’ll help, but I don’t control them.
One More Thing
Please don’t text me while you’re driving. I’d rather wait.

Ready to Send Me Your Ticket?
Send it whenever you like, and I’ll look it over.
