When you reach out about a ticket, you’re trusting me with your information. I use it to look at your ticket and handle your case, and I don’t sell it.

What the Free Ticket Review Form Collects

  • Your name, phone number and email
  • How you’d like me to reach you: text or email
  • The county, the charge and your court date
  • The state that issued your license
  • Whether you’ve had a ticket or an at-fault accident in the past five years
  • Photos of your ticket, if you add them

When You Text, Call or Email

I receive your number or email address along with your messages, photos and any voicemails, and I keep them with your inquiry or your case.

How I Use It

  • To review your ticket and get back to you
  • To handle your case, if you hire me
  • To send you documents to sign, a payment link and case updates
  • To keep the records expected of a law office

I don’t use it for anything else.

Texts From Me

If you choose text on the form, or text me yourself, I’ll text you about your ticket or your case, but I don’t send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply.

Want me to stop texting? Just reply and tell me how you’d rather hear from me.

Where It’s Stored

Your form answers and photos go to my Google account, in Google Sheets and Google Drive, while texts, calls and email go through my phone and email providers. I keep case records in my own case system, which isn’t connected to this website.

Payments and Signatures

If you hire me, you pay my fee through LawPay, a payment service built for law offices. Your card number goes to LawPay, not to me or this website.

When you sign my agreement and waiver online, I keep the signed documents and a record of when you signed them.

Who Else Sees It

I share it only when your case needs it or the law requires it. That can mean the court, the DA’s office or the services named on this page.

Website Statistics and Ads

This site runs on WordPress.com, which keeps basic visitor statistics and may set cookies. I may also use Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits and how often someone sends the form or taps a Text button.

I don’t send your name, phone number, email, ticket details or photos to those tools. You can block cookies in your browser, and the site will still work.

How Long I Keep It

If you hire me, what you sent becomes part of your client file, which I keep for years after your case ends.

Your Choices

You can ask me what I have, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If you’re a client, I may need to keep some records even after you ask. For any of these, just text (828) 571-0054 or email jason@craigwnc.com.

Security and Young Drivers

No website, text or email is perfectly secure, so please send only what I ask for.

This site isn’t meant for children under 13. If you’re under 18 and got a ticket, please reach out together with a parent or guardian.
